American Bath Advisors is a free referral service. We connect homeowners seeking bath remodeling services with independent, licensed contractors in our network (“Contractors”). We are not a contractor, we do not perform remodeling work, and we do not employ, supervise, or control the Contractors we refer you to. There is no cost to you to call or receive a quote through this site.
3. No endorsement or guarantee of Contractor work
Contractors in our network are independent businesses, not our employees, agents, or partners. We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, licensing status, insurance coverage, pricing, or workmanship of any Contractor, and we are not responsible or liable for any work performed, agreement entered into, or dispute arising between you and a Contractor. Any contract for remodeling services is solely between you and the Contractor. You are responsible for verifying a Contractor’s licensing, insurance, and qualifications before hiring them.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when using this site, to use the site and phone number only for legitimate inquiries about bath remodeling services, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.
5. Call recording and monitoring
As described in ourPrivacy Policy, calls to the number on this site may be recorded or monitored. By calling, you consent to this to the extent permitted by law.
